As every dispute and circumstance is unique, we work with our clients to agree on the most suitable type of mediation, whether that be ‘in person’, via an online platform such as zoom or over the phone. We are also very flexible and accommodating when it comes to our costs. We assess the value and nature of the dispute, the number of individuals involved and where the parties are up to in any legal case. We believe that mediation should be accessible and affordable to all.
